Ravi is a Mechanical Engineer from JNTU University. He uses his background in working closely with farmers in providing drip irrigation solutions and experience in rural financing to create innovative financial solutions for our Village Level Entrepreneurs, FPOs and Farmers.

Mohan is an BSc in Agriculture from Mumbai University, and has extensive experience in both milk procurement with Amul and social impact through IRDP. As Senior Manager (Procurement), Mohan drives our farmer relationships, extension work and milk procurement.
Ram Kumar
Senior Manager Operations
Ramkumar has a background in Electrical Engineering and an MBA. He heads the service operations and his team ensures that all Promethean’s equipment runs like clockwork. All post sales customer interface runs through Ramkumar and his team.
Jaydev Gawas
Manager Accounts & Admin
Jaydev joined Promethean in Jan 2015 and heads all accounts and admin related activities. He and his team work to ensure that everything in Promethean runs like clockwork .. from taking care of employee welfare to keeping the facilities running from smoothly from managing payments and vendor relationships to ensuring that all statutory compliances are met on time.
Preethchand PPR
Regional Sales Manager
An agricultural MBA graduate, Preethchand is Promethean’s man in the South. During his stint with us he has also added an additional feather of Dairy Technologist to his cap. Based out of Bengaluru he manages all our key accounts in South. Having built a strong foundation of B2B Equipment Sales he is now also developing our Software Business in the region.
Prakash Ratha
GM Techonology
Prakash has been with Promethean for over a decade and wears several hats within the company. His primary role is developing new products using our proprietary technology. He also plays a significant role in leading our large team of service engineers, managing some large customers and supporting the sales team.
Ram Bheke

A physics graduate and an MBA, Ram joined Promethean in 2017. All new business opportunities – exports, government and distribution gets routed through Ram. In addition to driving the B2B sales of equipment Ram also has an added role of supporting the sale of milk as a part of our Chilling Solutions Business.
Bhavin Nagda
GM Software Solutions Business
An MBA graduate, Bhavin is Promethean’s go-to-man for all new projects. He has made significant contribution on building up the B2B Equipment Sales, F&V Retail Distribution and Developing the Micro Milk Chiller. In his current role he is developing the best-in-class software for connecting dairy processor with dairy farmers.
Dileep Kate
GM Manufacturing & Operations
Dileep is Promethean’s first employee in India and has worked in multiple areas to build Promethean to its size and sale today. He saw through the successful implement of our ERP implementation and uses the tool effectively to drive effcieicnies in sourcing, production and logistics.
Arkajit Mandal

Arkajit has a B’Tech from IIT Chennai and an MBA from IIM Ahmedbad. He is passionate about working with Rural Communities to build sustainable models. At Promethean, he is driving the initiative to creating a highly efficient platform which connects Farmer Producer Organizations to Retail Milk Consumers.
Jofi Joseph
Managing Director, Promethean Spenta Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India
Jofi has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the V.J. Technical Institute, Mumbai, and an MBA from the S.P. Jain, Mumbai. He joined Promethean in 2016 as the Sales Director and was promoted to Managing Director in 2020. Jofi manages the operations, and partnerships and drives expansion into new product and business lines.
Jiten Ghelani

An MBA graduate from Emory University and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, Jiten joined Promethean in India in early 2015 as CFO. His primary focus is developing the Strategy and working with existing and potential investors. He was promoted to CEO in 2016 and is a member of the PPS USA Board.
